Vacancy Details:
As per the notification, vacancies available for the post of Assistant Professor (Bio-Chemistry), National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, One Deputy Director (Fisheries), Directorate of Fisheries, Andaman and Nicobar Administration.
Eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Post Graduate degree in Chemistry with specialization in Bio-Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent and Five years research/ practical/teaching experience at degree level in Bio- Chemistry. OR Doctorate in BioChemistry from a recognized University or equivalent; and Three years research/ practical/ teaching experience at degree level in Bio-Chemistry.
Age Limit:
Maximum age limit for the post is 40 years.
Pay Scale / Salary info:
It will be based on Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC and previous year experiences and payslip.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on written test and Interview

How to Apply for UPSC?
- The Eligible candidates can apply online through UPSC official website from now on to 15th August 2019.
- The official website is http://www.upsc.gov.in/. After that click on Latest notification tap and search for Recruitment notification when you click on it. You will see a latest notification of UPSC notification and click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" link besides the notification which will be opened on new tab.
- Click on the tab "Click here for Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
- Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the 'Validate your details' and 'Save & Next' button and then upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading of Photograph and Signature.
- Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
- Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
- Click on 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment.
- Click on 'Submit' button.
